ELISA試(shi)劑盒(he)人(ren)血(xue)管(guan)生(sheng)成素受(shou)體(ti)標本的(de)采(cai)集及(ji)保存(cun)

    . 血(xue)清：ELISA試(shi)劑盒(he)全(quan)血(xue)標(biao)本(ben)請(qing)於室(shi)溫放(fang)置(zhi)2小時或4℃過(guo)夜後(hou)於000 x g離心(xin)20分(fen)鐘(zhong)，取上清即可檢測，或將(jiang)標本(ben)放(fang)於-20℃或(huo)-80℃保存(cun)，但(dan)應(ying)避免(mian)反(fan)復(fu)凍(dong)融(rong)。
    2. 血(xue)漿(jiang)：可用EDTA或肝(gan)素作(zuo)為抗(kang)凝劑(ji)，標本(ben)采集後30分(fen)鐘(zhong)內於2 - 8° C 000 x g離心(xin)5分(fen)鐘(zhong)，或將標本放(fang)於-20℃或(huo)-80℃保存(cun)，但(dan)應(ying)避免(mian)反(fan)復(fu)凍(dong)融(rong)。
    3. 組(zu)織(zhi)勻漿(jiang)：將動(dong)物的(de)組(zu)織(zhi)標(biao)本先用(yong)PBS洗(xi)滌，去(qu)除(chu)多余(yu)血(xue)液(ye)，勻漿(jiang)化後(hou)放(fang)在5~0 ml PBS中(zhong)於-20℃放(fang)置(zhi)過(guo)夜，第二(er)天(tian)，經(jing)過二(er)次反復(fu)凍(dong)融(rong)破膜，將勻漿(jiang)物5000x g離(li)心(xin)5分(fen)鐘(zhong)，取上清即可檢測。
    4. 其它生(sheng)物標(biao)本：請(qing)000 x g離心(xin)20分(fen)鐘(zhong)，取上清即可檢測，或將(jiang)標本(ben)放(fang)於-20℃或(huo)-80℃保存(cun)，但(dan)應(ying)避免(mian)反(fan)復(fu)凍(dong)融(rong)。
    註：ELISA試(shi)劑盒(he)以(yi)上標本置(zhi)4℃保(bao)存(cun)應(ying)小於(yu)周(zhou)，-20℃或(huo)-80℃均應(ying)密封(feng)保(bao)存(cun)，-20℃不應(ying)超過(guo)個(ge)月，-80℃不應(ying)超過(guo)2個(ge)月；標(biao)本(ben)溶血(xue)會影響(xiang)zui後檢測結果(guo)，因此(ci)溶血(xue)標(biao)本(ben)不宜(yi)進(jin)行(xing)此項檢測。
