洗(xi)板方法 手(shou)工洗(xi)板(ban)方法(fa)：吸去（不(bu)可(ke)觸(chu)及(ji)板(ban)壁(bi)）或(huo)甩掉(diao)酶(mei)標板內(nei)的液體；在(zai)實驗(yan)臺(tai)上鋪墊幾層吸(xi)水(shui)紙，酶(mei)標板朝(chao)下用力拍幾次(ci)；將的(de)洗滌(di)緩(huan)沖液至(zhi)少0.3ml註(zhu)入(ru)孔內，浸(jin)泡-2分(fen)鐘(zhong)。根(gen)據(ju)需要，重(zhong)復此(ci)過程(cheng)數(shu)次(ci)。
自動洗(xi)板(ban)：如果(guo)有自動洗(xi)板(ban)機，應在(zai)熟練使用(yong)後再用到正式(shi)實驗(yan)過程(cheng)中(zhong)。
計算以(yi)標(biao)準(zhun)物的(de)濃度(du)為(wei)橫坐(zuo)標(biao)（對(dui)數(shu)坐(zuo)標），OD值(zhi)為(wei)縱坐標（普通(tong)坐(zuo)標），在(zai)半對(dui)數(shu)坐(zuo)標紙上繪(hui)出標準(zhun)曲線(xian)，根(gen)據(ju)樣品的(de)OD值(zhi)由(you)標準(zhun)曲線(xian)查(zha)出相應的(de)濃度(du)；再乘(cheng)以(yi)稀釋倍(bei)數(shu)；或(huo)用標準(zhun)物的(de)濃度(du)與OD值(zhi)計(ji)算出標準(zhun)曲線(xian)的(de)直(zhi)線(xian)回(hui)歸(gui)方(fang)程式(shi)，將(jiang)樣品的(de)OD值(zhi)代(dai)入(ru)方程(cheng)式，計算出樣品濃度(du)，再乘(cheng)以(yi)稀釋倍(bei)數(shu)，即(ji)為(wei)樣品的(de)實際(ji)濃度(du)。
